We had programming issues from terminating unused lines with AT&T, not realizing it would affect us from making outside calls from our extension phones. So, we took a chance and called Andromeda. Hoping they would have an idea or solution for our old phone system. Once a customer always a customer – we’ve purchased two phone systems over the years and they go the extra mile to service us. As it turned out they walked us thru it and we were able to fix the issue immediately. That’s what I call customer service!!!! You just don’t see that anymore sadly.

In 2018, our practice doubled in size and expanded into a new building. As our needs grew, we knew it was time to look into a new phone system to grow with us. We chose a Panasonic system that offers us some new features we didn’t have access to before. We’ve needed updates and some changes here and there since the install. Andromeda’s team is always easy to work with, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I have nothing but good things to say honestly.
